2. Compatibility with Old Browsers means any combination of browsers like Netscape, Internet Explorer 1~5, Opera 1~4, NCSA Mosaic and so on. Your website doesn't have to be compatible with all of them to qualify, but it should be compatible with at least a subset of them. Your website does not have to be compatible with old browsers to be a part of the webring.
   Websites that may be HTML compatible with old browsers but use HTTPs do not count as compatible because they cannot load moder HTTPs sites. Sadly, that includes all Neocities sites.
